Terms of Service
Effective date: July 13, 2026
These terms govern use of the Dewacon corporate website. Project-specific terms, project agreements, or service agreements may apply separately.
These terms should receive legal counsel review before production reliance. They are written as practical corporate-site terms, not as a substitute for legal advice.
Corporate website use
- The Dewacon website provides general company and service information about software development, website development, technology consulting, operations support, and internal concept work.
- The website does not by itself create a client relationship, professional advisory relationship, healthcare relationship, transportation service relationship, or provider/customer relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
Informational content only
- Website content is general company information and should not be treated as legal, clinical, financial, regulatory, or other professional guidance.
- Internal concept descriptions are public posture summaries and do not guarantee availability, approval, compliance status, or acceptance into any service or project.
No guarantee of concept availability or service acceptance
- Dewacon may describe internal concept work, portfolio examples, or initiatives at different maturity stages.
- A contact inquiry does not guarantee that Dewacon will accept a project, provide a service, enter a partnership, or make any internal concept available.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading information, interfere with security controls, or submit sensitive information through public forms.
- Do not copy, scrape, or republish site content in a way that violates Dewacon rights or applicable law.
Intellectual property
- Dewacon names, logos, website content, internal concept examples, and brand assets belong to Dewacon LLC or their respective owners.
- No license is granted except for ordinary viewing of the public website.
Limitations and review
- The website is provided as-is, and Dewacon does not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific legal or regulated use.
- Limitation language should be reviewed by counsel for the applicable jurisdiction and business use before production reliance.
